My career started in a psychiatric hospital. That experience shaped the way I work today: listening carefully, understanding complexity, and focusing on people first.
Driven by my passion for technology, I completed a postgraduate degree in IT and transitioned into the tech industry. At Deloitte Belgium, I worked for nearly five years on large-scale enterprise projects, gaining strong foundations in structured delivery and corporate environments.
But my real passion was open source.
That passion led me to Drupal.
Through roles at Amplexor, Cronos and Data Flow, I built a solid professional career as a Drupal consultant. Eventually, I chose the freelance path — to work closer to teams, move faster, and create tangible impact.
